This object is part of an ongoing revisitation of my current RMS Titanic model and its components, in an effort of reproducing a more accurate replica as of result of my recent studies in ship building approached in 3D and my improved skills in Blender 3D since I first published the earliest editorials of the now old RMS Titanic models.

Top of pedestal as seen on RMS "Titanic", with "Starboard" and "Port" incisions inverted.
In the center there would be a shaft that connects this wheel to the main telemotor.
